Job Description:

The Accountant – Accounts Payable will process supplier invoices, perform vendor account reconciliations, coordinate payment runs, and support month-end financial closing using ERP systems such as Odoo.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Process, review, and verify supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies when required.
• Manage accounts payable transactions and payment runs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding invoices and payments.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with immediate availability preferred.
