Job Description:

The Senior Accountant will manage financial reporting under IFRS, oversee UAE VAT compliance and FTA filings, handle escrow reconciliations, direct treasury and cash flow management, and support audit coordination for Keturah in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and FTA requirements.
• Manage treasury activities, cash flow planning, and financial controls.
• Perform escrow account reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Maintain compliance with IFRS and company financial policies.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior accounting position, preferably within UAE real estate development.
• Strong operational knowledge of IFRS, escrow accounts, treasury management, and UAE VAT rules.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Exceptional analytical, financial control, and audit preparation capabilities.
