Accounts Payable – UAE | Rixos

Job Description:

The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage daily AP transactions, verify supplier invoices, perform vendor account reconciliations, enforce UAE VAT compliance, and coordinate disbursement processing for Rixos in the UAE.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Process and maintain accounts payable transactions accurately and on time.
• Verify invoices and supporting documents before processing payments.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and UAE VAT regulations.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve payment-related discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with reporting activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding payment matters.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Accounts Payable (AP) experience.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and UAE VAT rules.
• Prior experience within the hospitality, luxury resort, or hotel sector is preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software platforms and Microsoft Excel.
