Job Description:

The Accountant will manage general ledger accounting, prepare financial reports and reconciliations, assist with cash flow and budgeting, oversee UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, and support audit activities for Al Yah International Holding LLC in Abu Dhabi.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounting records and oversee daily financial transactions.
• Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Manage the accounting function independently while maintaining financial accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors when required.
• Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements to accounting processes.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.

🔹 Requirements:

• ACCA, CA, CPA, or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4 to 7 years of professional accounting experience, with UAE experience preferred.
• Strong practical expertise in UAE VAT, Corporate Tax regulations, financial reporting, and cash flow budgeting.
• Prior experience with holding companies, investment firms, or multi-entity structures is an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and specialized accounting ERP systems.
