Accounts Executive – Dubai, UAE | Mento Markets

Job Description:

The Accounts Executive will handle day-to-day bookkeeping, manage payment gateway and bank reconciliations, maintain accounts payable and receivable ledgers, and support month-end closing and financial audit procedures.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping, ledgers, and accounting entries.
• Perform daily bank, PSP, and payment gateway reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Verify invoices, expenses, and financial transactions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Monitor account balances and investigate discrepancies or unmatched transactions.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with audit requirements and maintain complete documentation.
• Coordinate with Payments, Operations, and Compliance teams.
• Improve accounting and reconciliation processes.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience in Forex/CFD, brokerage, fintech, or financial services is preferred.
• Strong numerical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software, financial systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
