Job Description:

The Treasury Accountant will manage daily corporate liquidity, oversee bank account reconciliations, process ERP treasury transactions, monitor international cash flows, maintain banking relationships, and collaborate with senior management teams to ensure robust financial controls.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily corporate treasury operations, payment execution, wire transfers, banking activities, and liquidity positioning.
• Prepare comprehensive cash position statements, weekly treasury schedules, and cash flow forecasting models.
• Review daily banking transactions, perform bank reconciliations, and resolve accounting discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain complete treasury records, banking documentation, trade finance files, and compliance controls.
• Execute and monitor treasury-related transactions accurately within the corporate ERP system.
• Liaise directly with banking partners, vendors, internal departments, and overseas operational offices.
• Assist the finance team during month-end closing procedures, financial reporting, and audit preparations.
• Monitor overseas financial transactions and deliver timely financial reports to executive decision-makers.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related academic discipline; CMA or active IFRS studies preferred.
• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in corporate treasury, banking operations, cash management, or general accounting.
• Proficiency in enterprise ERP accounting modules and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
• In-depth understanding of banking processes, liquidity management, payment gateways, and bank reconciliations.
• Strong analytical mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and meticulous attention to financial detail under pressure.
• Prior experience in the UAE construction sector or international financial operations is a strong advantage.
