Job Description:

The Accountant will maintain financial ledgers, prepare monthly reports, support VAT compliance, and conduct bank reconciliations in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial ledgers and process daily accounting transactions.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and support year-end audit activities.
• Ensure UAE VAT compliance and maintain proper tax-related documentation.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor ledgers, and subcontractor accounts.
• Assist in project budgeting, expense tracking, and financial analysis.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction.
• Sound knowledge of UAE VAT regulations, financial reporting, and general ledger practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and specialized accounting software packages.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
