Key Responsibilities:

The Receptionist Admin Assistant will welcome and assist visitors, handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently. Core duties include maintaining office records and documentation, supporting day-to-day administrative tasks, assisting in scheduling meetings, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
