About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Administration Officer to manage and streamline daily office operations in Dubai. This role requires a highly organized, proactive individual capable of supporting multiple departments, including HR and Accounts, to ensure smooth administrative workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations of the office and ensure smooth functioning of processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments and provide support to HR and Accounts as needed.
- Manage office supplies, logistics, and vendor coordination.
- Handle emails, calls, appointment scheduling, and internal communication efficiently.
- Prepare reports, letters, and standard documents accurately; assist management with tasks and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of UAE-based administrative experience (mandatory).
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
