Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for consulting clients, providing professional and enthusiastic service via phone, email, and in-person.
- Data Management: Accurately input and update client information, project details, and consulting records into company databases.
- Technical Coordination: Work efficiently across multiple office systems and CRM software to maintain seamless data flow.
- Documentation: Prepare, scan, and organize essential consulting documents and administrative files.
- Inquiry Resolution: Address client questions and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and professional representation.
- Administrative Support: Assist the wider consulting team with routine office tasks, scheduling, and record maintenance.
🔹 Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is mandatory for professional client interaction.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate complex software and maintain high typing accuracy.
- Legal Status: Candidates must possess a valid UAE residence visa.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service or data entry is highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or relevant Certificate in Business or Administration.
