Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, manage the reception area, and act as the first point of contact for all incoming inquiries.
- Office Coordination: Support daily administrative operations, including mail handling, courier coordination, and meeting room scheduling.
- Communication: Manage professional verbal and written correspondence, ensuring clear and timely internal and external communication.
- Documentation: Assist with filing, record-keeping, and the preparation of basic administrative reports using MS Office.
- Inquiry Routing: Efficiently answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Office Logistics: Monitor office supplies and ensure the workspace remains organized and fully operational.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist position in a professional office environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Skills: Strong command of English (verbal and written) and high proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professionalism: A polished appearance with an organized, proactive, and responsible work approach.
- Working Hours: Ability to commit to a schedule of 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (5 days per week).
- Attributes: Confident personality with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.
