Job Description:

We are executing a strategic administrative appointment within our project management division and are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized QC & Admin Officer to govern active site-documentation pipelines and direct internal team coordination pathways across our fit-out programs in Abu Dhabi. Built for proactive operations specialists who possess strong documentation habits and excel at implementing systematic quality controls, this full-time role focuses on accelerating communication cycles, auditing field compliance logs, and maximizing overall operational performance safety under our integrated corporate management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily administrative, procurement, and field-operational activities across active interior fit-out projects.
  • Manage, update, and organize comprehensive project documentation packages, material records, and weekly progress updates.
  • Follow up closely on internal quality control processes to ensure uncompromised compliance with design specifications.
  • Coordinate efficiently between interior designers, site engineering teams, sub-contractors, and external project stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear, accurate digital and physical filing structures, corporate data entry systems, and office documentation registries.
  • Assist in tracking daily project timeline benchmarks, identifying material delays, and updating analytical project status sheets.
  • Review material inspection requests and check incoming interior finishes against approved design control samples.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to prepare comprehensive completion checklists for final client handovers.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Quality Control, Interior Design, or a matching accredited technical field.
  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years of verified professional experience operating in administration, quality assurance, project coordination, or site support roles.
  • Advanced data literacy with practical proficiency deploying project logs, tracking matrices, and material grids inside Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following project support sectors:
    • Corporate administrative workflows, systematic data entry procedures, and structured file management systems.
    • Quality control checking methodologies, variance inspection steps, and material compliance tracking.
    • Interior design fit-out parameters, site coordination milestones, and architectural material terminologies.
    • Cross-functional team communication habits, vendor follow-up loops, and schedule maintenance practices.
  • Outstanding structural organization traits, an exceptional eye for design details, multi-tasking strengths, and proactive problem-solving habits under fast-paced schedules.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication habits paired with the personal confidence to drive compliance metrics across separate operational teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior verified professional experience working within an interior fit-out company, architectural design studio, or civil contracting firm is highly preferred.
