Job Description:
The Executive Assistant will provide dedicated administrative and operational support, manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, maintain CRM data, generate reports, and facilitate effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational assistance to the Head of Sales.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Prepare and organize presentations, reports, and documents as needed.
- Maintain and update the CRM system, track leads, and monitor sales pipeline.
- Generate performance reports, dashboards, and provide insights for process improvements.
- Coordinate team meetings and ensure smooth communication across departments.
- Manage expense tracking, approvals, documentation, and onboarding support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Sales Coordinator.
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Professional demeanor, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
