Job Description:

The PRO will be responsible for handling all government-related documentation, assisting with licensing and compliance, and ensuring smooth coordination with official authorities like DED, MOHRE, and Immigration for company and employee affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing company and employee documents, including visas, labor cards, and renewals.
• Liaise with government authorities such as DED, MOHRE, and Immigration for documentation and approvals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Support company licensing, renewals, and compliance processes.
• Ensure all official paperwork is handled accurately, confidentially, and on time.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, professional environment.
