About the Role:

Bluescape Shipping is hiring an Operations Executive to manage daily operational activities within the marine division in Dubai, UAE. Core duties involve documentation, logistics, coordination with various stakeholders, and resolving operational inquiries to ensure smooth service delivery.

Role Summary:

The Operations Executive will focus on the logistical workflow for vessels, particularly the movement of spares and materials, while ensuring all shipping documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant port and customs regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain shipping and operations documentation accurately.
• Supervise logistics and movement of spares and materials for vessels.
• Communicate proactively with clients, vendors, and service providers to handle enquiries and follow up actions.
• Coordinate with port agents and service teams to ensure timely delivery of supplies and spares.
• Monitor and track shipments, maintain status updates, and escalate issues when required.
• Ensure operations comply with applicable port and customs regulations.

Experience & Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience in the shipping and maritime industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing ship spare logistics is essential.
• Strong knowledge of port procedures, customs regulations, and maritime documentation.
• Good communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Candidate must be prepared to join by January 2026.
