The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our valued members and guests through professionalism and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Executive will provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients courteously, manage customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism, maintain a thorough understanding of the club’s services and packages, and support the front desk operations for smooth daily customer interactions.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients courteously and efficiently.
  • Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the club’s services, membership packages, and promotions.
  • Support the front desk operations to ensure smooth day-to-day customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fitness, sports, or hospitality sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and approachable personality.
  • Strong customer orientation and the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
  • Fluency in Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
