About the Role:

Champs Sports Club, a premier destination for health and fitness in Dubai, is hiring a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Executive for the Morning Shift. This role acts as the first point of contact, managing front desk operations and creating a professional, positive impression for all members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Executive will manage all client communications (in-person and digital), guide clients through membership options, handle inquiries promptly, ensure all service interactions meet premium standards, and proactively engage with members to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all client communications, ensuring prompt responses to questions and resolving concerns effectively.
  • Manage front desk operations and guide clients through available membership options.
  • Assist customers in understanding club programs, ongoing offers, and events.
  • Proactively engage with members to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement.
  • Work closely with the operations, marketing, and fitness teams for smooth coordination.

  • Experience: 3 Years in a relevant role is required.
