About the Role:

Join Squirrel Education to support the UAE’s national financial literacy initiatives. We are seeking a Content and Social Media Lead to create compelling content and manage our social media presence. This highly mobile role involves documenting workshops and events across the UAE to amplify our mission online and tell the story of our impact.

Key Responsibilities:

The Content and Social Media Lead will take full ownership of content creation and social media strategy. This includes capturing photo and video coverage at events, producing engaging short-form and long-form content, managing content calendars, and tracking performance metrics. This role requires extensive travel (up to 80%) across the UAE to attend schools and community events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of content creation and social media strategy to highlight workshops, school programs, and public events.
• Capture photo and video coverage at events and produce short-form and long-form content for multiple platforms.
• Produce engaging social posts, captions, and campaign assets that communicate educational goals.
• Maintain content calendars and track performance metrics to optimize content.
• Represent the organisation professionally at external events and activities.

Requirements:

• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80% of the time) across the UAE.
• Ownership of a car and a valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Strong storytelling skills with hands-on experience in photo and video capture, editing, and social media management.
• Comfortable working independently in the field and collaborating with remote teams.
• Eligibility: Only applicants based in Abu Dhabi with the legal right to work in the UAE will be considered.
