Senior Mechanical Engineer (HVAC Retrofit) – Abu Dhabi, UAE | TTE

About the Role:

TTE is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead major HVAC Retrofit projects across Abu Dhabi. This senior role requires strong engineering expertise, proven leadership abilities, and the capability to manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring efficient and reliable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HVAC retrofit projects from planning through commissioning, adhering strictly to specifications, schedules, and cost guidelines.
• Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of systems including chilled water, DX units, ducting networks, and piping.
• Supervise and guide a large team of up to 80 personnel, including subcontractors and technicians.
• Assess engineering drawings, BOQs, and product submissions for project validation.
• Monitor project expenses, assist in creating project P&L reports, and troubleshoot site challenges promptly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent qualification).
• 7–8 years of hands-on experience in HVAC retrofit project management (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of chilled water systems, DX units, and mechanical installations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage subcontractor coordination.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
