BIM Coordinator – Abu Dhabi, UAE | Arco Interiors

About the Role:

Arco Interiors, a top-tier interior fit-out company, is seeking a dynamic BIM Coordinator in Abu Dhabi. This role is central to digital construction innovation, ensuring precise coordination and technical excellence in the execution of complex interior spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model Coordination / Digital Construction: Oversee cross-disciplinary model integration (Architecture, MEP, Structural).
• Clash Detection: Lead the clash detection process using Navisworks to identify, analyze, and resolve model conflicts early.
• BIM Execution & Standards: Maintain and enforce project-specific BIM standards and workflows.
• Data Management: Manage BIM data flows and synchronization between platforms like BIM 360, AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Training & Quality Control: Conduct model audits and deliver technical guidance to promote BIM best practices.

Key Software & Tools:

Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, SketchUp, Dynamo, Revizto, Rhino (Advantageous)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related discipline (Master’s is a plus).
• 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in BIM modeling and coordination, preferably within interior fit-out projects.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
• Deep understanding of construction details, materials, and technical specifications.
