ELC Technician – Dubai, UAE

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• System Installation: Install, test, and inspect electrical systems, distribution panels, and high-voltage equipment.
• Fault Diagnosis: Troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical faults, carrying out prompt and durable repairs to minimize downtime.
• Technical Interpretation: Read and implement work according to electrical drawings, wiring layouts, and technical schematics.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all installations comply with UAE safety regulations (e.g., DEWA standards) and company quality protocols.
• Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance routines and keep meticulous service records for all electrical assets.
• Site Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, site supervisors, and project teams to provide reliable technical support during site operations.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or ITI certification in Electrical Technology or a closely related discipline.
• Experience: Proven experience as an ELC or Electrical Technician; prior experience within the UAE is a strong advantage.
• Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of electrical wiring systems, control circuits, and advanced troubleshooting methods.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of attention to detail in technical environments.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as an independent technician and as part of a collaborative site team.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel to various project sites across Dubai as required.
