Maintenance Engineer – Dubai, UAE

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Maintenance: Execute routine, corrective, and preventive maintenance activities to support uninterrupted daily operations.
• Technical Diagnosis: Inspect and repair complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and HVAC systems.
• Compliance: Ensure all maintenance interventions strictly comply with UAE health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive digital logs, maintenance reports, and asset lifecycle records.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external contractors and specialized service providers for large-scale repairs or upgrades.
• Emergency Response: Provide prompt technical support during emergency breakdowns and mission-critical system failures.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven track record as a Maintenance Engineer; previous experience in the UAE market is highly advantageous.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, and industrial mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshooting: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of equipment failure.
