Job Description:
We are executing a strategic engineering team expansion across our specialized utility and high-availability facility divisions, seeking highly skilled, dedicated technical professionals to fill eight distinct openings in Dubai. These full-time roles focus on optimizing mission-critical cooling environments, leading systemic hardware maintenance, or monitoring smart building diagnostics under our centralized operations management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Perform technical maintenance, engineering inspections, and systematic operational duties aligned to your specific assigned role within the facility network.
- Ensure high efficiency, constant uptime, and reliable preventative maintenance of critical machinery, mechanical plants, and high-voltage systems.
- Monitor system parameters, perform rigorous troubleshooting, and resolve mechanical or electrical issues to maintain optimal facility performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional site engineers, project leads, and helpdesk coordinators to ensure seamless building operations.
- Follow zero-harm safety parameters, local municipality compliance frameworks, and strict corporate protocols at all times.
- Maintain accurate digital documentation, shift tracking logs, and technical performance reporting related to ongoing field operations.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics) for Engineering tracks; accredited Technical Diploma, Trade Certification, or equivalent for Technician and Operator tracks.
- Proven hands-on experience and solid technical knowledge in engineering, plant maintenance, or facilities management, preferably within the UAE.
- For Data Center tracks: Direct prior exposure maintaining mission-critical, high-availability data infrastructure and continuous power setups is a strong asset.
- For Operator tracks (BMS / Helpdesk): Practical proficiency using automated Building Management Systems, SCADA interfaces, or specialized CAFM helpdesk software.
- Strong technical diagnostic capabilities, sharp analytical problem-solving instincts, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills to coordinate seamlessly across a diverse workforce and report operational statuses accurately.
- Candidates must hold immediate to 15 days maximum notice period availability to onboard within our Dubai facilities.
