Job Description:
The Electrical Engineer will lead technical proposal development, BOQ estimation, and presales engineering for extra low voltage projects across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Operating within our technical engineering team, this experienced professional will review tender specifications, conduct site surveys, negotiate vendor pricing, architect customized techno-commercial proposals, and deliver solution demonstrations to prospective corporate clients.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and detailed project quotations.
- Develop techno-commercial proposals for ELV projects.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain competitive pricing and technical information.
- Conduct site surveys and participate in pre-bid meetings.
- Review tender documents and prepare technical submissions.
- Deliver technical presentations and solution demonstrations to clients.
- Support the sales team during client meetings and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors throughout the proposal process.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of proven experience in ELV presales, technical estimation, and solution design.
- In-depth knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, PA/BGM, AV, and integrated ELV systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in preparing accurate BOQs, cost estimations, and techno-commercial bids.
- Ability to review complex tender documents, interpret technical drawings, and perform detailed site surveys.
- Strong communication, analytical, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Holding a valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
