Job Description:
Al Qadisa is expanding its project team for an ongoing luxury villas development in Dubai and is recruiting for 4 MEP engineering and supervisory positions. Based in Dubai, selected candidates will oversee mechanical and electrical installations, supervise site operations for HVAC, plumbing, ELV, BMS, and home automation systems, maintain safety standards, and ensure high-quality execution. Available roles include Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Foreman, and Electrical Foreman.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support MEP construction activities according to project requirements.
- Coordinate mechanical works including HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Handle electrical works related to ELV, BMS, and home automation systems.
- Supervise site teams and ensure work is completed according to project standards.
- Review technical requirements and coordinate with project teams for smooth execution.
- Maintain quality, safety, and compliance during project activities.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience working on MEP construction projects, with UAE exposure and luxury villa project experience being highly advantageous.
- Strong expertise in HVAC, plumbing, ELV, BMS, and smart home automation systems in engineering site environments.
