Job Description:

The Planning and Control Assistant will monitor project timelines, support production planning, manage cost control and spare parts inventory, coordinate with cross-functional teams, generate progress reports, and maintain accurate project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Assist in cost control and spare parts inventory management.
• Support production planning and project management activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project efficiency and adherence to standards.
• Generate progress and performance reports for management review.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and assist with administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in production planning and project management.
• Proven record in tracking and controlling project execution, deliverables, and costs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of working under pressure and handling urgent tasks independently.
• Preferably holds a valid UAE driver’s license.
• Must be willing to work in Abu Dhabi.
