Job Description:

The HVAC Technician will perform installation, replacement, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Chilled Water and DX systems for residential properties, collaborating with engineering and maintenance teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out FCU replacement, installation, and routine maintenance.
• Install and replace DX units efficiently.
• Replace actuator valves, gate valves, and strainers.
• Perform chilled water pipe replacement, modifications, and insulation works.
• Replace blower motors and complete plumbing connections.
• Handle electrical connections and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve faults in Chilled Water and DX air conditioning systems.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards.

🔹 Requirements:

• Diploma, ITI, Trade Certificate, or Technical Qualification in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong practical experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience working with Chilled Water and DX systems.
• Good knowledge of FCUs, valves, piping systems, and electrical connections.
• Experience working in Dubai villas, apartments, and residential properties.
• Ability to work independently; UAE experience is preferred.
