Job Description:

The Facilities Engineer will oversee facility operations, lead maintenance workflows for complex MEP infrastructure, supervise technical teams, and ensure operational excellence alongside corporate management and external sub-contractors.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations and technical maintenance activities across assigned properties.
• Manage and optimize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Supervise MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems to ensure high efficiency and continuous reliability.
• Coordinate with specialized contractors and sub-contractors to execute site work on schedule.
• Conduct active site management and supervise multi-disciplinary maintenance teams.
• Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, environment (HSE) regulations and international quality standards.
• Prepare operational reports, equipment lifecycle audits, and maintenance cost estimates for project leadership.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in facilities engineering, including at least 5 years of GCC experience.
• Strong hands-on background in facilities operation, building maintenance, and MEP systems management.
• Proven capability in organizing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating specialized contractors, vendors, and technical site teams.
• Excellent leadership, site supervision, communication, and HSE compliance skills.
