Job Description:

The Sales Engineer will drive revenue growth by identifying new business prospects, promoting specialized NDT and calibration solutions, building relationships with industrial clients, submitting technical tenders, and collaborating with technical management to deliver customer satisfaction across the UAE.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and expand the industrial customer base across the UAE.
• Promote non-destructive testing (NDT), calibration, pressure testing, and lifting inspection services.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with new and existing corporate clients.
• Prepare technical proposals, submit commercial quotations, follow up on enquiries, and close deals.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and operational teams to ensure accurate project execution.
• Monitor industrial market trends and identify high-potential sectors such as marine, oil & gas, and manufacturing.
• Achieve assigned business targets while representing the company professionally in the market.

🔹 Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in industrial inspection, instrument calibration, NDT, hydrostatic pressure testing, or lifting inspection sales preferred.
• Strong understanding of the UAE industrial, oil & gas, construction, and manufacturing sectors.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Must possess an own valid UAE Visa.
• Self-motivated with proven capabilities to generate new clients, business enquiries, and revenue independently.
• Technical knowledge of QA/QC support, welding inspection, and specialized testing standards.
