Confidential FMCG company in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a proactive Supply Chain – Junior Manager to drive commercialization, demand planning, and coordination across departments and manufacturing sites.

Job Description:

The Supply Chain – Junior Manager will oversee end-to-end commercialization of beverage products, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams and monitoring manufacturing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the commercialization process for new and existing products from concept development to market launch.
  • Oversee demand planning and forecasting to maintain optimal inventory and product availability.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Procurement, Operations, and Marketing teams.
  • Coordinate with management and stakeholders to meet project timelines and objectives.
  • Utilize SAP and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Models) for analysis and reporting.
  • Monitor internal and third-party manufacturing sites for timely deliveries.
  • Drive improvements in forecast accuracy, process efficiency, and inventory management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 5–10 years’ experience in FMCG Supply Chain, Commercialization, or Demand Planning.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP/Oracle ERP systems and advanced Excel.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
  • Proactive, analytical, and able to work under tight deadlines.
