Chiller Technician – UAE Wide | BKA Facilities Management

About the Role:

BKA Facilities Management is looking for a competent **Chiller Technician** to join our Facilities Management team. You will be responsible for ensuring chillers and associated HVAC systems operate reliably across project sites through routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, and timely repairs.

Job Description:

The Chiller Technician will execute essential maintenance and repair work on refrigeration and chiller systems. This hands-on role requires technical expertise to diagnose faults, perform preventive maintenance, and support smooth, uninterrupted building operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular maintenance, inspection, and servicing of chiller systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration and chiller faults efficiently.
• Perform preventive maintenance and recommend improvements to extend equipment life.
• Keep accurate service records and report on system performance.
• Coordinate with site teams and supervisors to prioritize service tasks and ensure minimal downtime.

Skills & Attributes:

• **Solid technical understanding of chiller and refrigeration systems.**
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and service manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; able to coordinate with multi-disciplinary site staff.
• **Valid UAE Driving License preferred and will be given priority.**
