Site Supervisor (Structural Steel) – Dubai, UAE | Al Deraa Structural Steel Fixing & Contracting LLC

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Field Supervision: Oversee and manage day-to-day structural steel activities, including fixing, welding, and erection at the project site.
• Technical Coordination: Work closely with engineers and foremen to interpret structural drawings and ensure technical accuracy in execution.
• Resource Management: Effectively manage on-site manpower, specialized steel materials, and heavy equipment/tools.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones and ensure all work is completed within the established timelines and quality specifications.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to site safety regulations and PPE requirements to maintain a zero-incident environment.
• Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of site progress, material logs, and daily challenges for project management review.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of direct UAE experience in structural steel works is mandatory.
• Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of site operations, structural drawings, steel fabrication, and erection methodologies.
• License: Possession of a valid UAE driving license is non-negotiable for site-to-site mobility.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Availability: Immediate joiners currently residing in the UAE will be given top priority.
• Resilience: Ability to perform effectively under pressure and lead teams to meet tight project deadlines.
