Junior Civil Engineer – Roads & Infrastructure | Dubai, UAE | Infra Engineer

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Provide both on-site and office-based engineering support for large-scale infrastructure and road development projects.
• Site Coordination: Assist senior engineers with daily inspections, site coordination, and the tracking of physical progress against project timelines.
• Documentation: Support the preparation, review, and organization of technical shop drawings, site daily diaries, and project progress reports.
• Team Liaison: Coordinate with contractors, site supervisors, and multidisciplinary project teams to ensure activities follow the approved schedule.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure all site works comply with strict project specifications, safety guidelines, and Dubai’s high-quality engineering standards.
• Problem Solving: Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues and coordination challenges as they arise on live construction sites.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline is mandatory.
• Experience: Suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant infrastructure experience.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of civil engineering principles related to roads, drainage systems, and heavy infrastructure.
