Job Description:

The Aluminium Facade Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimations and supporting project teams with detailed take-offs and financial analysis. The role requires strong technical understanding and attention to detail to ensure project profitability and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimations and quantity take-offs for aluminium and glass facade projects.
• Ensure cost accuracy and maintain project budgeting controls.
• Collaborate with project teams to support estimation and planning activities.
• Present estimation findings and proposals clearly to stakeholders.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for estimation processes.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in aluminium and glass facade estimation.
• Strong knowledge of cost management and quantity take-offs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Orgadata (LogiKal) is a plus.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
