Planning Engineer (4 Positions) – Abu Dhabi, UAE | KAEFER

Job Description:

The Planning Engineer will create and manage site-based project schedules, track progress against project baselines, coordinate resource allocation, conduct delay analyses, and compile project performance reports for KAEFER in Abu Dhabi.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and update project schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with site, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in resource allocation and manpower planning.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
• Support project planning activities to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in project planning, progress tracking, and scheduling.
• Solid understanding of construction timelines, milestone tracking, and resource allocation.
• Gulf project experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of Primavera (P6) is an advantage; candidates without P6 background are also welcome.
