Job Description:

The Site Engineer will manage day-to-day site operations, supervise sub-contractors, enforce quality and HSE standards, review engineering drawings, and track project schedules for BNBC Contracting in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Monitor project progress, construction quality, and site safety compliance.
• Prepare site reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with project standards and HSE requirements.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of site engineering experience; mandatory UAE construction site background.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil construction processes, structural drawings, project specifications, and HSE protocols.
• Proven capability to coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors, and site staff effectively under pressure.
• Excellent organizational, site supervision, and communication abilities.
