Job Description:

The Quantity Surveyor will oversee pre-contract and post-contract commercial management, manage project cost controls, evaluate valuations, handle claims and variations, and administer contracts within a major construction firm in Dubai, UAE.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pre-contract and post-contract commercial activities for construction projects.
• Prepare interim payment applications, valuations, and commercial reports.
• Handle contract variations, claims, and final account settlements.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and overall commercial performance.
• Support commercial and contract management throughout all project phases.

🔹 Requirements:

• Strong background in quantity surveying and commercial management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience with interim payment applications, valuations, variations, and claims.
• Solid understanding of cost control, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Experience in natural stone, façade, cladding, or fit-out sectors is highly preferred.
