Job Description:

The Civil Engineer will supervise site operations, manage fit-out and renovation projects, ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality standards, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction, fit-out, and renovation activities at project sites.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Prepare reports and ensure project documentation is up to date.
• Support project planning and ensure timely completion of assigned works.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience as a Civil Engineer.
• Dubai Municipality (DM) Approved with a valid G+1 License.
• Experience in fit-out, renovation, or construction projects.
• Strong site supervision and project coordination skills.
• Good English communication skills and valid UAE driving license.
