Job Description:

The Quantity Surveyor – Civil will handle project measurements, prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) take-offs, monitor ongoing project expenditures, process payment valuations, and assist with commercial contract administration for active civil construction developments.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Monitor project costs and quantities.
• Assist with contract administration and valuations.
• Maintain project measurement records.
• Coordinate with project teams on commercial matters.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in civil quantity surveying and cost control.
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, measurement rules, and construction contracts.
• Candidates must currently reside in the UAE; immediate joiners are preferred.
• Proficiency in cost estimation and commercial documentation.
