Job Description:
The Quantity Surveyor will oversee project costs, manage valuations and variations, and ensure commercial efficiency for high-end residential construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage post-contract quantity surveying activities for luxury villa projects.
- Monitor project costs and implement effective cost control measures.
- Prepare valuations, variations, and commercial reports.
- Support commercial management throughout project execution.
- Review contracts, budgets, and project expenditures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working on luxury villa construction projects.
- Strong post-contract Quantity Surveying experience.
- Good knowledge of commercial management, cost control, valuations, and variations.
- Must be currently based in the UAE.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
