Job Description:

The Civil / Architectural Engineer will manage site activities, oversee authority submissions, and collaborate with consultants and government entities to ensure successful project completion.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage civil and architectural engineering activities throughout project execution.
• Prepare and coordinate authority submissions, approvals, and NOCs.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant government authorities.
• Ensure projects comply with UAE construction standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate site activities and monitor project progress.
• Support project documentation and approval processes.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE field experience in construction projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, Dubai Municipality (DM) approval procedures, DDA regulations, and Trakhees requirements.
• Proven experience handling authority submissions, approvals, and NOCs.
• Excellent site coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
