Job Description:

The Civil Engineer – Site Supervision will oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure strict adherence to approved engineering drawings and quality benchmarks, conduct site inspections, and coordinate with contractors and senior project management teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities on-site and ensure strict compliance with approved structural drawings and specifications.
• Monitor site workmanship, construction quality, structural integrity, and overall project progress schedules.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, sub-consultants, and project stakeholders throughout execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections, prepare non-conformance reports, and follow up on technical and quality issues.
• Prepare comprehensive daily site reports, progress logs, and maintain project documentation archives.
• Ensure all structural works comply with consultancy standards, Dubai Municipality regulations, and local codes.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 3–5 years of professional civil engineering and site supervision experience in the UAE.
• Proven background supervising construction sites, with specific experience working for engineering consultancies on villa projects highly preferred.
• In-depth understanding of structural drawings, technical specifications, and quality control procedures.
• Exceptional coordination, reporting, analytical, and site problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of consultant compliance, site safety protocols, and UAE construction standards.
