Job Description:

The Senior Joinery Estimator will prepare cost estimates, perform quantity take-offs, manage tender submissions, and evaluate material pricing in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for joinery and interior fit-out projects.
• Perform quantity take-offs and evaluate technical project specifications and drawings.
• Prepare tender estimates and support the complete commercial bid submission process.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in joinery estimating within the UAE fit-out sector.
• Strong understanding of material pricing, quantity surveying, and cost management.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and drawing interpretation capabilities.
