Job Description:

The Construction Manager will oversee the delivery of residential and mixed-use projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are on schedule, within budget, and meeting quality standards.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage residential and mixed-use construction projects from inception through to completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal project stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, construction quality, budgets, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
• Prepare comprehensive progress reports and communicate updates to senior management.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Mandatory UAE or GCC construction project experience.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
• Strong expertise in construction project management, budgeting, scheduling, and HSE.
