Quantity Surveyor (Fit-Out) – Dubai, UAE

Company Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (Fit-Out) to join our client team in Dubai. This role is mandatory for candidates with significant UAE experience in interior design and fit-out projects, focusing on commercial management and cost control. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Job Description:

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of high-end fit-out projects, from initial cost estimation and tender documentation through to final account settlement, ensuring project profitability and contract compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cost estimation, prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and handle tender documentation.
• Conduct contract negotiation and overall commercial management of projects.
• Handle variations, claims, and change order processes efficiently.
• Perform site visits and cost control validation throughout project execution.
• Prepare interim payments and process final accounts with vendors and clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ Years experience in UAE Fit-Out / Interior Design Projects is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE fit-out market and supply chain.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant QS software.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
