About the Opportunity:

CAIEC UAE is urgently recruiting an experienced Structural Engineer for building and villa projects across Ras Al Khaimah and Ajman. We require a professional with solid UAE site experience, ready to contribute immediately to project execution.

Job Description:

The Structural Engineer will apply technical knowledge to oversee and manage the structural integrity aspects of civil construction projects, ensuring designs are implemented correctly on-site and coordinating with site teams to maintain quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical oversight and guidance on structural elements of building and villa projects.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with design specifications, technical standards, and local regulations.
• Coordinate effectively with the Site Engineer, Land Surveyor, and skilled trade teams.
• Monitor progress, manage quality control, and contribute to resolving site-specific structural issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ UAE experience in civil construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven site management and technical knowledge relevant to structural engineering.
• Available and currently based in the UAE for immediate consideration.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work under project timelines.
