About the Opportunity:

CAIEC UAE is urgently recruiting an experienced Land Surveyor for building and villa projects across Ras Al Khaimah and Ajman. We require a professional with solid UAE site experience, ready to contribute immediately to precise project setting out and dimensional control.

Job Description:

The Land Surveyor will be responsible for accurate site measurements, setting out activities, monitoring dimensional control during construction, and preparing necessary survey reports to support the engineering and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct precise site surveys, measurements, and land evaluations using appropriate equipment.
• Accurately set out building locations, levels, and reference points according to engineering drawings.
• Monitor dimensional control throughout the construction phases to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Prepare and maintain detailed survey reports and records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ UAE experience in civil construction projects.
• Hands-on experience relevant to land surveying and use of modern surveying equipment.
• Available and currently based in the UAE for immediate consideration.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work under project timelines.
