About the Opportunity:

CAIEC UAE is urgently recruiting an experienced Site Engineer to manage and execute construction operations for building and villa projects across Ras Al Khaimah and Ajman. We require a professional with strong UAE site experience and immediate availability.

Job Description:

The Site Engineer will oversee daily site activities, manage manpower and resources, ensure work is executed according to specifications and timelines, and maintain strict adherence to quality and safety standards on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily execution of civil works on site, ensuring project timelines are met.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently across the work area.
• Ensure construction is carried out in line with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Implement and enforce site safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ UAE experience in civil construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven site management and manpower coordination skills.
• Available and currently based in the UAE for immediate consideration.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work under project timelines.
