Project Manager – Dubai, UAE | Ssangyong Engineering (High-Rise Construction)

About the Role:

Ssangyong Engineering & Construction is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead and manage high-rise building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in overseeing all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

The Project Manager is the lead professional responsible for comprehensive project lifecycle management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and ensuring strict compliance with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other UAE regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and supervise all stages of high-rise construction projects (scheduling, budgeting, procurement).
• Coordinate and oversee the work of project engineers, site managers, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Prepare and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other regulatory authorities.
• Implement and monitor quality control and site safety compliance proactively.
• Lead project close-out activities, including testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10–15 years’ experience in UAE high-rise building projects (40+ floors preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards, building codes, and FIDIC contractual procedures.
• Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.
