About the Role:

RAKBANK is seeking a motivated professional to join its Business Banking team as a Senior Relationship Officer (SRO). This pivotal role involves driving business growth by sourcing and managing financial products such as Business Loans, POS Loans, and Machinery Loans. The position demands advanced sales performance, deep compliance adherence, and strategic, long-term customer relationship development.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Achieve ambitious monthly sales targets and meet both short-term and long-term business objectives.
  • Proactively source and book new business opportunities; strategically address additional funding needs of existing customers.
  • Drive advanced cross-selling initiatives across banking products (assets and liabilities) to maximize revenue.
  • Deliver tailored, complex solutions aligned with client needs, ensuring exceptional customer centricity.
  • Adhere rigorously to policies, ethics, and code of conduct, strictly following Consumer Protection Framework (CPF) guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years in banking or financial services, preferably in Business Banking or SME segments with proven success.
  • Exposure to Business Loans, POS Loans, and Machinery Loans is preferred.
  • Highly sales-driven, motivated by incentives, with a strong passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of market competitive structures, industry practices, and regulatory guidelines.
